YOU
(and yours) -

My job is to tell stories.
Your stories. The biggest day of your life or the high point of your career. Your Grandma's 90th birthday or your complicated kid's confirmation. Your latest designs on the catwalk or your most loyal friend (hawoooo!) on a dog walk.
It might be work, sport or family. A hobby or a fetish. Serious or sublimely silly. It might be to raise awareness or simply to show off. It might even just be you – extraordinary ordinary you – the last day you'll ever be this young.
Whatever tale you want me to tell, no matter the budget or the brief, you can be sure the experience will be memorable and the results will impress. For it's not just you (and your family, your friends, your customers, your readers, your donors, your casting agents, your future life partners and your not-yet-born descendants etc. etc. etc.) – I have to bedazzle. The work also has to get past me – and I'm the most awful critic I know. -

YOU WHO?
-
1.
You've just got engaged, you're getting married or you're planning to elope
You've come to the right place, but you need to visit the "Only Weddings" section of the site. It's at the top of the main menu, or you can click here to start. -
2.
You want some portraits of you or your loved ones
I always shoot on location. That might be the family home, the stable where your horse lives, a garden cottage you visit in the summer or your bedroom. It might also be somewhere totally new, a boutique hotel on a weekend away or a mountain you always wanted to climb. Wherever and whenever is fine, but in a studio isn't.
After the shoot, we'll meet to review the work and decide which images you want to print and frame or maybe put in an album. Plenty of photographers send digital files these days, but when I contact old customers of mine, it is the ones I made framed prints for and who see the work every day on their walls who are still delighted 10 years later (and it is the ones I sent a DVD to who contact me after 18 months because they've lost the DVD who still haven't printed anything yet).
Delighted for a lifetime is how I intend to make you feel. And with the archive-quality paper in my prints which last 80 years without fading, that's really no exaggeration. -
3.
You want to promote yourself – or you want to get promoted – and need headshots
Actors and entrepreneurs, internet sensations and old-school celebrities, company bosses and the ambitious ones eyeing their seats from below : almost anyone who has a job or wants a job needs a decent headshot these days. Same if you want to be invited on a date or you just want to stand out from the crowd on social media.
I can visit you wherever suits. I can even photograph the whole team at work. And if you need to look better than you ever have, I'll bring a hair and make-up person along and we'll make an afternoon of it. -
4.
You want to promote your business, your place or your products
Before I became a photographer, I worked in the advertising industry. I started out as a copywriter working on boring brochures for banks; and by the end, I was a fully-fledged creative coming up with TV commercials and billboards for beer companies.
This means I can work with you to make some very compelling images for your campaign without being too precious or stubborn along the way. And also, if you need, I'm available to help come up with some fresh concepts about how to brand and position yourself in the first place. Just say the word.

5.
You work in advertising, PR, design, or some other media-savvy sector
You don't need to read anything, thank you very much. And besides, you'll be the one telling me how this is going to work.
So please get in touch to tell me what assignment you have in mind and what the budget is and I'll phone you straight back.
Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy. And almost less than 140 characters.
