(Part One)

Before I moved to Vienna, I lived in a little house on an island in the tropics for a few years, and I photographed weddings during the cool season. 

One day, my portfolio will be filled with European things – summer gardens and autumn forests, epic mountains and rustic churches, rosy cheeks and proper dresses and enviably-large old houses.

Until then, you'll have to make do with these partially-clothed people with sweaty brows and tanned skin, getting married under bamboo archways in the sand, sometimes without any shoes...
